Charlene brings an Educator’s experience and insight to your investigations, training, and compliance requirements and works with and alongside your school legal counsel.  She is a certified and experienced investigator, decision-maker, appeal decision-maker, and informal resolution facilitator.  Charlene also conducts federally required training on various role responsibilities and legal requirements for staff and students and assists with policy and procedure reviews and development.
